If you're interested in joining us on our Salsa classes please visit our specific page which has all the details and costs on at: Salsa Lessons London

What type of Salsa do you teach?

There are many different types of Salsa and the most popular of these are taught across London. We choose to teach Salsa on 1 as this is the most commonly style of Salsa danced in London. On one means that you "break" or step on beat 1 rather than on 2 and then you continue to dance 123, 567.

What level classes do you offer?

At the moment we offer two levels of Salsa class. Firstly, we have a beginner classes where we teach all of the basic steps in Salsa and after that, students can then join our Intermediate classes where we teach the steps that follow on from the beginner class. Its important to note that there are numerous Salsa steps after the basics have been taught so our Intermediate classes teach a range of intermediate level steps over 4 cycles, after which students can join our advanced class.

Do I need a partner?

No. Whilst we don't guarantee even numbers, so far our Salsa classes have been very evenly matched and in a class we will always orate partners as well as you having the chance to dance with the professional who is teaching the class

How many people are in the class?

Our classes are very unique as we only allow 15 places on each course. Although can accommodate more people we choose to offer "London's smallest Salsa class" this way we are able to give a lot more time and attention to each person on the course.

What shoes should I wear?

If you are able to join us in a pair of proper dance shoes then thats great. However, most people who come to our lessons come straight from work and are therefore wearing office shoes. For your first few classes, normal office shoes are fine for the leaders and flats or low highs are fine for the followers.

What if I have to miss a class?

When joining any of our courses you are signing up for a consecutive number of weeks of tuition. Sadly we don't offer a "drop in" or "Pay As You Go" option for classes so we can't transfer or refund any missed classes on one of our courses so please make sure you are available for each of the classes you are booking on before making payment.

How do I book?

To book your place all you have to do is visit our dedicated page at Salsa Lessons London where you can see the timetable of classes and you can click on the "Book Online" button to purchase a place.

How much will is cost?

Our 4 week course is £80pp which is incredible value when you consider that:

  • There will only ever be a maximum on 15 people on the class: this ensures that you will learn lots of steps and get lots of attention from your teacher.
  • The quality of the tuition: Our teachers go through continuos training, development and qualifications which means that our students can learn far more in our classes than any class in London
  • That all of our courses offer structure and progression which enables students to continue: Our classes have a clear and defined syllabus which means students have a clear structure to progress though and helps them get even better, even quicker.
