She believes the benefits of Dance include: boosting self-confidence, building trusting relationships, increasing motivation and helping to progress with social, physical and cultural development. .....
"Teaching and choreographing have always been a part of my life. From teaching complete beginners to advanced level social dancers, wedding dances and individually choreographed routines to working with professional dancers on productions for TV and on stage, it is my passion to support each individual at their unique learning stage, to help them improve their skills and to help them shine their unique light on the dance floor. I think it is important to adapt one’s teaching style to the person or group in front rather than sticking to the same formula each time - this is what keeps teaching alive and exciting. To teach someone to dance and to see them excel beyond their wildest dreams and expectations is the highest reward a teacher could get."
